The hotel has been remodeled. It is beautiful inside. Nice clean room and comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We did have a light out and they sent someone immediately to replace the bulb. If you read other reviews which say they have breakfast. They do not. They have only been open since April and have never had breakfast. The pool was open and clean as well. I met the owner and he was a very pleasant gentleman. He has put a lot of work into this hotel to make it as beautiful as it is. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

We have been here for a conference and brought the kids along. They have been so helpful. Very kind to the kids. The breakfast has been delicious every morning. The kids really like seeing miss Alice. The pool has well stocked, big and cozy towels. They have a well kept boardwalk to the beach. Thanks for a great stay!The pool was open and clean as well. Loved everything about this hotel except the restaurant. The room was wonderful and clean. The parking was easy. The pool satisfied my easily burned skin and my wife's sun loving skin. The restaurant, while it is nicely furnished and has great ocean views, has a menu that looks like an afterthought. Come on Ocean Suites, this is one area where I consistently find lacking in most of your brands.

The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us on a very short notice. The rooms are super clean, and the staff are very friendly. The price is not bad either, I decided to extend my stay and the manager was more willing to work with me on short notice. With service like this I will definitely return for my next trip during bike week!!!!

My stay was fantastic as always. Polite staff and everything was exceptionally clean, but what really stood apart was the customer service. I lost my phone on the beach and nothing turned up by the time I left. It was found several days later by a metal detector and turned into the hotel (my room key was in the case).

Very clean rooms with plenty of room. Even some of the non-ocean-view rooms have a clear line of sight to the ocean. The lady we checked in with was very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend staying here. Compared to the hotels around it, this one provides a lot of bang for what it costs. Did I mention it's right next to a bar and grill?
