Our Terms
Cancellation and No Show Guest/s
- Cancellation & No Show Guest may cancel up to 7 days before reservation check in date to receive full refund.
- If guest cancels within 7 days of check in date they will not be refunded.
- Upon check in reservation total is not refundable.
- Rate is non refundable in the case that the guest must checkout early for personal reasons.
Security Deposit
- Guest must provide credit card that will be authorized for $150 per room as a security deposit incase of incidentals.
- The security deposit will be voided day of guest checkout as long as there are no damages to the room.
Smoking in Rooms
- All of our rooms are non smoking. Any guests who smokes in the room will not be refunded their $150 security deposit.
Pets
- We do not allow pets.
Check In
- Check in is via a smart lock on your door. Check in starts at 4pm and is anytime post.
Parking
- Parking is free but may be limited.
- Guests are required to display their parking passes in their cars. If not displayed the guest faces a risk to be towed at their own expense.
- The property is not responsible for fees associated with guests being towed.
Health and Safety
- Guests who are found to be excessively loud, disturbing other guests or staff, or violent towards guests or staff will be removed from the property and will not be given a refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse service.
Dispute Resolution / Problems / Refund Requests / Inquiring
- All above must be done in writing either via the booking engine used by guest or in writing via email to reservations@300tenthmb.com
